The hotel's location was convenient for accessing transportation and nearby attractions. Although the communal areas were a bit grubby, the room was basic and comfortable. the staff tried to be helpful but got overwhelmed at times. the breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the spa was interesting and offered some unique services.

Great proximity to the ferry terminal and some nice views. The rooms were basic but comfortable, as to be expected.

Sadly, the negatives outweighed the positives. The communal areas were quite grubby and the staff didn't seem particularly helpful - we asked for a taxi several times and were promised one each time, but on the day of departure we were left with a beat-up car that barely fit our luggage and passengers.
